Im an elderly woman on a fixed income and the plumbing isnt my fault but Im being forced to pay for fees I cant afford for something I didnt do. VineBrook Homes is an interally managed real estate company specializing in acquiring, renovating and leasing single family homes. There were a few bumps along the way, but overall i would recommend this compay.

Immediately after speaking with him, I felt relieved and all my frustrations went away. It is clear after speaking with Joe that he cares and understands and works very quickly to resolve your issues. Joe is so attentive and his follow-up is excellent.

Terrible Company

Costs for terminating lease were outlined and discussed with the claimant. There are no adjustments to make as all was processed according to the lease signed by both parties. None that I can think of...Believe me when I tell you that the positive reviews you see are written by HR and the upper management at corporate trying to make this company seem desirable. After working for the same company for 7 years, I was not paid for my personal time off when leaving, which is a very unfair and greedy thing for a company to do. I've never worked for a company with such horrible morals and values.

HavenBrook does not have access to the claimant's account or to make any repairs. The oven at my home went out at Al the beginning of March. They sent someone out to look at the oven and they said it needed to be replaced.

HavenBrook has a huge asset to the company and I say with my deepest gratitude Mr. Joseph DeFini. Mr. DeFini has exceeded my expectations on what management should be. We had a little bump in the road with the water company, but Mr. DeFini showed nothing but caring respect and problem solving qualities.

I can honestly say that this experience so far has been great and we hope that the rest of the year is as wonderful if all of the employees are as wonderful as Mr. DeFini. I've been in real estate in south Florida for the past 14yrs... In speaking with Mr DeFini, he explained the history of Havenbrook Homes and their unique customer service philosophy and I certainly feel that he lived up to your company standards. When staying at the property leased by Havenbrook homes we made the decision to break our lease.

I came across HavenBrook homes and found a home in Hollywood that met my requirements. The application process was easy and on-line and I was approved for a home in Hollywood , Florida quickly,. I got off to a very bump start with some maintenance issues in the home, and it was extremely frustrating . I was finally put in touch with Joe Defini - he is a gift from God .

VERY pleased and looking forward to this new chapter. I have to say it was a little difficult with all the documentation required to get approved but it was actually very smooth and rather quick to receive a response. I was dealing with Mrs. Meek first which was a complete pleasure to work with.

I'm starting to get worried, and then, guess what? I calmed down and just made many calls and realized that I had all my confirmation numbers showing I made my payments. I decided to go down to the courthouse and file my paper work. I keep all my paperwork dealing with this company in a folder. There are far too many people rotating through this company, and if you want a call back you'll have to contact the BBB to get a call back. They'll be on the phone trying to talk to you.
